While perusing health articles during my lunch/snack time, I came across two interesting ones I thought you’d like to know about.
1) Fat + sugar = crack! We aren’t imagining it! Seriously, check out this article:
2) Hydroxycut may cause liver damage and failure. I considered taking a supplement like this recently, and actually used to take one way back in the day. Yipes!
3) What, there’s lead in some multivitamins? And their dosing is way off? WTF? Guess this just reinforces that I don’t bother to take one 😉
4) Body fat apparently comes in two types: brown, and white/yellow. The former appears to use more energy, and is found more in leaner people than non. Muy interesante!
